By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service. Please read them carefully, and take your time. For any questions or concerns, contact me via email or any of the social media that appear on the home page.
Commission Process!
Contact me either via email, social media, or fill out this form.
I will contact you back and further discuss the commission.
Once we have finished discussing all the details and I have approved your commission, payment can be made.

•Simple Detail: this background requires more details, having background elements, textures, gradients, or a simple landscape. +20%

By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the artist...•Maintain the right to post my work while working on commissions.
•Maintain the right to post your commission on my social media or use it as an example for future commissions (with a watermark).
•Maintain the right to turn down any commission.
You, as the client...•MUST send references, specify the pose, expression, background, colors, etc. (Character Commissions)
•MAY request edits and corrections BEFORE the final piece is sent.
•MAY ONLY use your commission for personal use.
•MAY post your commission on social media.
•MAY print your commission (as long as you do not sell it).
•MUST communicate with me if you wish to keep your commissioned work private and not be uploaded.
Interested in Commercial Use?
•Commercial use can be helpful if you want to use your commission for merchandise, YouTube, games, or apps. Anything used to make money or promote your business, basically!
•This license does not include claiming the art as your own, having exclusive rights, AI training, or mass redistribution.
•Artist retains full copyright. Client receives a license for agreed usage only. Artwork may be displayed in the artist's portfolio and on social media.
•Commercial use license: +100% of base price
Payment and Refunds
•Once I have approved your commission, payment can be made.
•USD only.
•Final totals are rounded to the nearest dollar (.50 rounds up).
•Commission begins only when payment is received.
•The payment is upfront via PayPal or Buy Me a Coffee (ko-fi donations)
•No refunds are available after the sketch is accepted.
Waiting time and delivery
•The commission can take up to a month; please feel free to contact me to inquire about the progress.
•(Pet Portrait Commissions will be delivered in 3 days.)
•Delivery of the final piece will be via email (We can discuss other options).
